Windows Agent で JMX アプリケーションを監視している場合、Linux で利用できるものと同じトラブルシューティングツールにアクセスすることができます。

java がパスに入っていれば、コマンドプロンプトから、以下を実行できるはずです。

JMXFetch のバージョンが、お使いの Agent のバージョンに同梱されているものと同じであることを確認してください。
