Detect deletion of Google Cloud Pub/Sub subscriptions, which can stop audit logs from being sent to Datadog.

Monitor Google Cloud admin activity audit logs to determine when the following method is invoked:

- `google.pubsub.v1.Publisher.DeleteTopic`
