Description

All AWS accounts should have both primary contact information and all three alternate contact types configured: billing, operations, and security. Complete contact coverage ensures that AWS notifications about billing issues, operational events, and security incidents reach the appropriate teams. Missing contacts may cause critical alerts to go unnoticed.

Remediation

Configure primary contact information and all three alternate contact types (billing, operations, security) for the account. For guidance, refer to Adding, changing, or removing alternate contacts.
