Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Container Instances is a serverless compute service that enables you to instantly run containers without managing any servers.

This integration helps you monitor and alert on the health, capacity, and performance of your Oracle Cloud Infrastructure container instances by collecting metrics and tags from the oci_computecontainerinstance namespace.

Setup

Installation

OCI Container Instances metrics are currently in Preview and will not be billed until they are Generally Available.

Once you set up the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure integration, ensure that any namespaces mentioned above are included in your Connector Hub.

oci.computecontainerinstance.container_cpu_used
(gauge)		The cumulative use of the container's CPU resources across all of the container instance's cores resources, since the container was created.

oci.computecontainerinstance.container_ephemeral_storage_used
(gauge)		The amount of the container instance's ephemeral storage used by the container's writable layers.
Shown as byte
oci.computecontainerinstance.container_memory_used
(gauge)		The total amount of memory in use by a container. This includes all memory, regardless of when it was accessed.

oci.computecontainerinstance.cpu_used
(gauge)		The cumulative use of the container instance's CPU resources since it was created.

(gauge)		The percent of the container instance's CPU resources that are in use.

(gauge)		The amount of the container instance's ephemeral storage that is in use.
