Stop started kubernetes cluster.
This can only be performed on Azure Virtual Machine Scale set backed clusters.
Stopping a cluster stops the control plane and agent nodes entirely, while maintaining all object and cluster state.
A cluster does not accrue charges while it is stopped.

Inputs
Name of the cluster for which you would like to retrieve details
subscriptionId [required]
The unique identifier of your Azure subscription.
This ID is used to specify under which Azure subscription the specified web app is located and managed.
You can find your Subscription ID in the Azure portal under 'Subscriptions'.
The name of the resource group. The name is case-insensitive.
