A valid JSON object. There is no other schema imposed. The JSON object may contain fields and nested subobjects.

eventBusName

The name or ARN of the event bus to receive the event. Only rules associated with this event bus are used to match the event. If omitted, the default event bus is used. If you are entering the ARN of the event bus to receive the event, please ensure that it follows the regex mentioned in the PutEvents documentation. Although AWS itself allows you to name actions with slashes in the name, AWS' PutEvent does not allow you to reference event buses with slashes in their name.

traceHeader
