Overview

Infoblox Universal DDI (DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management) is a unified platform that provides centralized control and visibility over core network services. It enables administrators to manage DNS, DHCP, and IPAM through the Infoblox Portal, delivering comprehensive and efficient oversight. The Infoblox Universal DDI integration with Datadog provides visibility into DNS, DHCP, and IP address management activity, along with detailed insights into audit logs.

This integration collects logs covering DNS records, DHCP lease, IPAM events, service logs and audit logs.

Dashboards

This integration includes 4 out-of-the-box dashboards:

  • Infoblox Universal DDI - DNS Records: Provides visibility into DNS record activity, helping teams monitor record creation, updates, deletions, and overall DNS configuration changes.
  • Infoblox Universal DDI - DHCP Lease: Displays DHCP lease activity to track IP address assignments and lease utilization.
  • Infoblox Universal DDI - IPAM Events: Visualizes IP address management events to monitor IP allocation, usage, and changes within IP spaces.
  • Infoblox Universal DDI - Logs: Offers insights into audit events and service logs, enabling tracking of configuration changes and user actions.
