## Overview{% #overview %}

[Google Cloud Integration Connectors](https://cloud.google.com/integration-connectors/docs/overview) lets you connect integrations built with Application Integration or Apigee Integration to Google Cloud services and third-party applications, without protocol-specific knowledge or custom code. It handles authentication, endpoint configuration, protocol mediation, and data format translation, and you can reuse a connection across multiple integrations.

Use the Datadog Google Cloud Platform integration to collect metrics from Google Cloud Integration Connectors.

## Setup{% #setup %}

### Installation{% #installation %}

If you haven't already, set up the [Google Cloud Platform integration](https://docs.datadoghq.com/integrations/google-cloud-platform.md) first. There are no other installation steps.
