## Overview{% #overview %}

**Roll Datadog out across your whole environment once, to a standard that holds.**

Across a full environment, deployment is a program of work: tagging standards and RBAC agreed before instrumentation starts, log pipelines designed, workloads prioritized, teams onboarded in waves. Set those foundations once and every team instruments the same way, so the unified view works as intended from wave one.

Running that program alongside normal delivery is a second full-time job. LaunchPad supplies the structure and the capacity: a fully project-managed implementation across three phases, with clear milestones, dedicated engineers, and a discovery workshop up front to confirm scope, access, and success criteria. We lead it end to end.

LaunchPad spans the full platform, not only core observability. Scope is agreed at discovery and can cover any combination of observability foundations (Infrastructure, APM, Logs, Metrics, Containers, Database Monitoring), digital experience (Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, Session Replay), security (Cloud Security Management, Cloud SIEM, Sensitive Data Scanner, App and API Protection), service management (Incident Management, Workflow Automation, On-Call), software delivery (CI Visibility, Continuous Testing), and LLM Observability.

This is a fixed-scope project. Work starts after deliverables, timeline, access, and commercials are approved.

**Duration**: 4 to 12 weeks, confirmed at discovery. **Access required**: cloud environment (AWS, Azure, or both), source control, and Datadog admin.
