Citrix Cloud - System Logs
## Overview{% #overview %}

[**Citrix Cloud**](https://www.citrix.com/solutions/use-cases.html) is a platform that enables IT administrators to create, deploy, and manage virtual desktops, applications, and various services from a unified console. It uses a cloud connector to integrate with resources hosted on-premises, in public clouds, or within hybrid environments.

This integration enables the retrieval of system logs across all Citrix products, supporting comprehensive monitoring of events and activities from various Citrix services.

This integration includes one out-of-the-box dashboard:

- Citrix Cloud - System Logs : Provides an overview of system logs from Citrix Cloud.

### Logs{% #logs %}

The Citrix Cloud integration collects system logs from the Citrix Cloud platform.

### Metrics{% #metrics %}

The Citrix Cloud integration does not include any metrics.

### Events{% #events %}

The Citrix Cloud integration does not include any events.

### Service Checks{% #service-checks %}

**crest\_data\_systems\_citrix\_cloud.can\_connect**

Returns `CRITICAL` if the user configurations are invalid or authentication with Citix Cloud has failed. Returns `OK` otherwise.

*Statuses: ok, critical*

## Cancel your plan{% #cancel-your-plan %}

1. In Datadog, navigate to **Integrations** > **Marketplace**, select the Citrix Cloud tile, and click the **Plan & Pricing** tab.
1. Select **Modify Plan**, then click **Cancel Plan**, and follow the cancellation steps.
