## Overview{% #overview %}

[Azure Service Health](https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/features/service-health/) provides personalized alerts and guidance when Azure service issues, planned maintenance, or health advisories affect your Azure resources.

This integration forwards Azure Service Health events to Datadog, so you can monitor outages, planned maintenance, and service advisories alongside your other data.

## Setup{% #setup %}

Azure Service Health events are collected automatically as part of the [Datadog Azure integration](https://docs.datadoghq.com/integrations/azure.md). No additional configuration is required beyond setting up the Azure integration.

### Metrics{% #metrics %}

The Azure Service Health integration does not include any metrics.

### Events{% #events %}

Azure Service Health events appear in the Datadog [Event Stream](https://app.datadoghq.com/event/stream). Events are tagged with:

- `incident_type`
- `level`
- `status`
- `subscription_id`
- `subscription_name`
- `tracking_id`
- `origin:azure_service_health`
- `region:<impacted_region>`
- `service:<impacted_service>`

### Service Checks{% #service-checks %}

The Azure Service Health integration does not include any service checks.
