## Overview{% #overview %}

Azure Private Link provides private connectivity from a virtual network to Azure PaaS services and to services hosted behind a Private Link service, without exposing traffic to the public internet. This integration surfaces bandwidth, connection, and NAT usage metrics for your private endpoints and private link services.

If you haven't already, set up the [Microsoft Azure integration](https://docs.datadoghq.com/integrations/azure.md) first. There are no other installation steps.
