## Overview{% #overview %}

Azure Maps provides geospatial APIs and services for location-aware applications. This integration collects availability, API usage, and Creator storage metrics across the `Microsoft.Maps` resource provider.

If you haven't already, set up the [Microsoft Azure integration](https://docs.datadoghq.com/integrations/azure.md) first. There are no other installation steps.
