## Overview{% #overview %}

[Azure AI Bot Service](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/bot-service-overview) hosts conversational bots and connects them to channels like Teams, Slack, and web chat. This integration surfaces request traffic and latency for bots, their channel connections, and their service connections.

If you haven't already, set up the [Microsoft Azure integration](https://docs.datadoghq.com/integrations/azure.md) first. There are no other installation steps.
