- `CREATING` - AppGateway is being created.
- `CREATED` - AppGateway has been created.
- `UPDATING` - AppGateway's configuration is being updated.
- `DELETING` - AppGateway is being deleted.
- `DOWN` - AppGateway is down and may be restored in the future. This happens when CCFE sends ProjectState = OFF.
