# Suggested Journeys

## Overview{% #overview %}

Every Wednesday at midnight UTC, Datadog analyzes the previous 30 days of [page views and clicks](https://docs.datadoghq.com/product_analytics/data_collected.md) from frontend applications. Based on this activity, Datadog generates suggested journeys that include:

- A journey name
- A journey description
- A start event
- An end event

Select a suggested journey from the [map](https://docs.datadoghq.com/journey_monitoring/map.md) or [catalog](https://docs.datadoghq.com/journey_monitoring/overview.md#journey-catalog) to open the [journey creation page](https://docs.datadoghq.com/journey_monitoring/configuring_journeys.md#choose-a-creation-method). Datadog populates the name, description, start event, and end event. Review these fields before you create the journey.

Hover over a suggested journey to accept or dismiss it. To dismiss it, click the X icon. A dismissed suggestion does not appear again.
