Overview

Azure Backup vault houses backup data for newer workloads including Azure Blob and Azure Database for PostgreSQL. Use the Azure Backup vault integration to track backup and restore health events run with your backup vaults.

Setup

Installation

If you haven’t already, set up the Microsoft Azure integration first. There are no other installation steps.

Data Collected

Metrics

azure.dataprotection_backupvaults.count
(gauge)		The count of all Azure Backup Vault resources
azure.dataprotection_backupvaults.backup_health_event
(count)		The count of health events pertaining to backup job health
azure.dataprotection_backupvaults.restore_health_event
(count)		The count of health events pertaining to restore job health

Service Checks

Azure Backup Vault does not include any service checks.

Events

Azure Backup Vault does not include any events.
