# Blob Container

An Azure Blob Container is a logical grouping of blobs within an Azure Storage account. It organizes and manages unstructured data such as documents, images, backups, and logs. Containers provide access control, lifecycle management, and scalable storage for large amounts of data.

The hasLegalHold public property is set to false by SRP if all existing legal hold tags are cleared out. There can be a maximum of 1000 blob containers with hasLegalHold=true for a given account. |
