Overview

Datadog Data Observability connects to your transactional databases through the Datadog Agent to monitor the health of your operational data. When connected, Datadog syncs table metadata including schemas, table dimensions, and row volumes.

Use these integrations to:

• Sync your table metadata to keep Datadog in sync with your database structure
• Create data quality monitors to catch anomalies in row counts and column-level metrics
• Alert on custom SQL to track business-specific data health checks
